The Lapidators have existed since 1993 but has evolved over time from a 6-aside
soccer team, to a Touch football team as well as a Trivia team. Lapidators
is an old biblical team meaning ‘those who stone the sinners’.
As a team the Lapidators has had its greatest success at Triva, having won
several thousand dollars worth of bar-tabs at the Allenstown Hotel Trivia
nights; don’t ring on a Tuesday night we’re busy….
In 2007 Sewer Side has decided to sponsor the Lapidators Touch Football Team; a much less successful version of the Lapidators franchise, but no less fun.
The Sewer Side Lapidators Touch Football Team: “We work with shit and we play like it too” Follow the trials and tribulations (through the links) of the Sewer Side Lapidators as we play in the ‘bottom’ C grades of the Rockhampton Senior Touch Football competition. With a mixture of friends, family, University students, hot women, and ages ranging 13 to 40, we take touch football down to our level; the sewer…..
